The insight is simple: immigrant communities’ knowledge and services are everywhere, and usable nowhere.
Millions of immigrants navigate the same moments — the first SSN appointment, the roommate hunt, the baby shower, the parent flying alone, the green-card years. The answers exist: in twenty-year-old portals, in Facebook groups where they scroll away, in the DMs of trusted creators, in the head of the friend everyone asks. None of it is queryable, verified, or connected to the people who can actually help.
AI finally makes the synthesis possible: one agent that makes the community’s knowledge answerable, its services bookable, and its people findable — with trust designed in, not bolted on. We started with SkySaathi, our live travel companion, and we’re growing the same agent skill by skill, city by city, starting deep in one community rather than thin across fifty.
