This policy is published by Saathi Digital Solutions LLC ("Saathi Digital," "we," "our," or "us"), a New York limited liability company. It explains what we collect when you visit saathidigital.com and how our products, including Ask Saathi and SkySaathi, handle personal information. Each product also has its own privacy page with the specifics of that product, for example asksaathi.ai/privacy.

1. This website

saathidigital.com has no accounts and sets no cookies of ours. The contact form does not send anything to us directly: it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and we receive only what you choose to send.

Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

2. Information we collect in our products

• Account data: when you sign in, the identifier, name and email address of the account you sign in with.
• What you tell us: questions, messages and details you give a Saathi product so it can help you, such as dates, plans or preferences.
• Usage data: technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as request logs and error reports.

3. How we use it

• To provide the product features you ask for, and to send the notifications you sign up for.
• To keep the service secure, find and prevent abuse, and fix errors.
• To answer you when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. AI processing

Some product features use AI models to understand a request and draft an answer or a next step. When you use those features, the text you send, and any document you explicitly choose to share with the AI, is processed by third-party AI model providers acting as our processors, on our instructions and only to produce that response. AI answers can be wrong: check important decisions against the cited sources or a qualified professional. Nothing is submitted, booked or sent on your behalf without your confirmation.

5. Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, databases, sign-in, email delivery, error monitoring and AI processing. They act on our instructions and may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property and safety of our users and others.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide the service you use, or as the law requires. Unsubscribing from your last alert in a product deletes that alert record. To have your information deleted, email hello@saathidigital.com from the address you use with us; we confirm and complete the request within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to restrict or object to its processing. Email us to use any of these rights.

9. Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially, we post the new version on this page and update the date above.
